Fiber cleaning method: This is a method of using a soft microfiber material with a soft cleaning solution and deep inside the CCD for cleaning. The functional cleaning liquid mentioned here is preferably pure alcohol with a concentration of more than 90%. Do not use isopropyl alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol can absorb the moisture in the air. It is easy to leave liquid marks on the surface of the industrial camera CCD during cleaning. Do not use methanol, which is a highly toxic substance. The advantage of this method is that it is non-invasive, easy to operate, clear and can be targeted, and has certain effects on oily dust. The disadvantage is that if this method is used improperly, it is more and more dirty and more counterproductive.

 

Sticky dust method: This method uses a rubber rod or a low-viscous adhesive tape to remove dust from the surface of the industrial camera CCD. This method is simple to operate, but the effect is general, it is easy to leave a more difficult to clean the offset after cleaning, resulting in secondary pollution, therefore, this method is not recommended.

 

Therefore, in daily maintenance, if there is dust on the CCD body of the industrial camera, just wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. There is relatively stubborn oily dust. Use a cloth to remove a small amount of detergent.
