  When the measured object has motion requirements, select an industrial camera with a high number of frames. But generally speaking, the higher the resolution, the lower the number of frames;

  3, choose the right resolution

  The first step is to determine the accuracy of the target and then select the resolution based on the accuracy. Then the camera single direction resolution = the size of the single direction field of view divided by the theoretical precision.

  If the single field of view is 5 mm long and the theoretical accuracy is 0.02 mm, the single direction resolution = 5/0.02 = 250. If it is stereo observation or machine software analysis and recognition, the higher the resolution, the better; if it is VGA output or USB output, it depends on the resolution of the display, and the resolution of the industrial camera.
