  First, the classification of industrial lenses:

  1, according to the size of the effective image field:

  Can be divided into TV camera lens; movie camera lens, camera lens. Among them, the TV camera lens is divided into 1/4 inch, 1/3 inch, 1/2 inch, 2/3 inch, 1 inch and so on.

  2. According to the type of industrial lens interface:

  There are many different types of interfaces between industrial lenses and industrial cameras. Industrial cameras commonly include C interfaces, CS interfaces, F interfaces, V interfaces, T2 interfaces, Leica interfaces, M42 interfaces, and M50 interfaces. The difference between interface types and industrial lens performance and quality is not directly related, but the interface mode is different, generally can also find the transfer interface between various commonly used interfaces.

  3, according to the focal length classification:

  According to whether the focal length can be adjusted, it can be divided into two categories: fixed focal length industrial lens and zoom industrial lens. The fixed focal length industrial lens can be divided into four categories: fisheye lens, short-focus lens, standard lens and telephoto lens. The zoom lens can be divided into a manual zoom power zoom.

  The C interface and the CS interface are the most common international standard interfaces for industrial industrial cameras. They are 1-inch-32UN inch threaded connectors. The screw connections of the C-type interface and the CS-type interface are the same. The difference is that the rear-to-intercept of the C-type interface is 17.5mm, the rear intercept of the CS type interface is 12.5mm. Therefore, the industrial camera of the CS type interface can be connected to the lens of the C port and the CS port, but a 5 mm ring is required when using the C port lens; the industrial camera of the C type interface cannot use the lens of the CS port.

  F-interface lens is the interface standard of Nikon lens, so it is also called Nikon mouth, which is also the type commonly used in industrial industrial cameras. Generally, the lens of F-port is required when the target surface of industrial camera is larger than 1 inch.

  V-mount lenses are also commonly used in industrial cameras with larger or special-purpose lenses.

  Ultraviolet and Infrared, the general lens is designed for use in the visible range. Because the same optical system has different refractive indices for different wavelengths, it can not be used to image different wavelengths of light emitted by the same point. The achromatic design of common lenses is also targeted at the visible range, and the UV and IR lenses are specifically designed for UV and IR.

  Microscope (Micro), generally refers to the imaging system with an imaging ratio greater than 10:1, but since the pixel size of current industrial cameras has been achieved within 3 microns, the microscope head is also used when the general imaging ratio is greater than 2:1. .

  Telecentric, which is specially designed to correct the parallax of traditional lenses, can be used within a certain object distance range, so that the image magnification will not change with the object distance. The fact that the object is not on the same surface is a very important application.

  Macro lens (Macro) generally refers to a specially designed lens with an imaging ratio ranging from 2:1 to 1:4. In the case where the image quality is not very high, it is generally possible to achieve a magnified imaging effect by adding a close-up ring between the lens and the industrial camera or by adding a close-up lens in front of the lens.
